超宽带可调谐激光器tunable laser Source)


TLS系列超宽带可调谐激光器是基于加拿大Photon etc公司的可调谐滤波技术及超连续谱光源技术研发而成的。调谐范围从可见光到近红外,激光线宽可达0.3nm。在整个调谐范围内可实现较高的准确性(precise up to 0.05 nm)及准确度(accurate up to 0.1 nm)。


Photon etc光学线性可调滤波器(LLTF)是一种基于体积全息光栅的非色散可调带通滤波器。它提供了行业中相对较高的信号吞吐量,而且结合了高光密度(> OD6)和出色的带外抑制以及广泛的波段可调性。针对这点,Photon将Fianium、NKT Photonics和LEUKOS Laser的超连续谱技术的灵活性与其本身的滤波器出色的带外抑制特性相结合,推出了由超连续谱白光光源与LLTF搭建的TLS系列超宽带可调谐激光器,允许应用于简单而精确的样品激励或仪器校准。图示为Photon的TLS输出光谱图。

注意:

  • 输入光束的散度要求不超过1 mrad,否则将无法有效工作。

  • 如需在自由空间配置中达到此规格,需要将滤波器与Photon etc背抑制附件耦合。

  • TLS总光强取决于LLTF所搭配超连续谱白光光源的光强
